为了实现浆粕自动上料、自动翻转,提出一种新型浆粕上料机结构方案,采用液压系统完成料垛的提升与夹紧,料垛的翻转采用电机减速机驱动齿轮完成。对该浆粕上料机进行了三维设计。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对喂粕上料机笼体进行力学分析,针对应力薄弱处进行结构改进,为粘胶短纤的全自动化生产线开发提供了前期基础。

In order to realize automatic flip, automatic feeding of pulp, a new type of pulp feeder structure scheme was put for?ward. Hydraulic system was adopted to finish upgrading the crib and clamping, flip of the buttress was driven by the motor reducer gear. The 3D design of the feeding machine was done. Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, mechanics analysis for the feeding machine cage body was completed. Stress weak structure was improved. It provides preliminary basis for the development of full auto?matic production line for viscose staple.
