目的:探讨自然疗法治疗老年骨质疏松症(Osteoporosis,OP)的疗效及安全性。方法选取我院老年科2012年2月至2014年4月门诊OP患者86例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组46例和对照组40例,每组患者每日给予一定剂量的钙剂及维生素D治疗,治疗组配合自然疗法,即低频电磁场治疗、日光浴及运动疗法、空气浴、海滨景观疗法、饮食疗法、音乐疗法。于治疗前及治疗后第3、6和12个月分别测定患者视觉模拟痛疼评分(VAS),并对患者进行治疗前及治疗后6、12个月腰椎及股骨颈骨密度(BMD)的测量。结果(1)两组患者治疗前及治疗后3、6及12个月的VAS评分对照,治疗组组内比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组组内比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组间同期比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疼痛明显缓解;(2)两组治疗前及治疗后6和12个月的腰椎及股骨颈BMD对照,治疗组组内比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组组内比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组间同期BMD比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组BMD均明显提高。结论自然疗法防治老年骨质疏松症经济、安全、有效。

목적:탐토자연요법치료노년골질소송증(Osteoporosis,OP)적료효급안전성。방법선취아원노년과2012년2월지2014년4월문진OP환자86례,채용수궤수자표법분위치료조46례화대조조40례,매조환자매일급여일정제량적개제급유생소D치료,치료조배합자연요법,즉저빈전자장치료、일광욕급운동요법、공기욕、해빈경관요법、음식요법、음악요법。우치료전급치료후제3、6화12개월분별측정환자시각모의통동평분(VAS),병대환자진행치료전급치료후6、12개월요추급고골경골밀도(BMD)적측량。결과(1)량조환자치료전급치료후3、6급12개월적VAS평분대조,치료조조내비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05),대조조조내비교차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05),량조간동기비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05),치료조동통명현완해;(2)량조치료전급치료후6화12개월적요추급고골경BMD대조,치료조조내비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05),이대조조조내비교차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05),량조간동기BMD비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05),치료조BMD균명현제고。결론자연요법방치노년골질소송증경제、안전、유효。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of natural therapy on senile osteoporosis (OP). Methods Eighty-six OP outpatients from department of geriatrics between February 2012 and April 2014 were enrolled in the study. The 86 patients were divided into two groups by random number table:the treatment group (n=46) and con-trol group (n=40). A daily dose of calcium and vitamin D was given to patients from both groups. While at the same time the treatment group received a natural therapy including low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields treatment, sunbath-ing, exercising, air bathing, seashore viewing, diet and music therapy. VAS was measured before and at 3, 6 and12 months after treatment. Bone mineral density (BMDs) of the lumbar vertebrae and femoral neck were measured before and at 6 and 12 months after treatment. Results (1) There were statistically significant differences in the VAS between before and at 3, 6 and 12 months after treatment in treatment group (P<0.05). But no statistically significant difference in the VAS between before and at 3, 6 and 12 months after treatment was found in control group (P>0.05). And there were statistically significant differences in the same-period VAS between the two groups (P<0.05). Pain was significantly allevi-ated in the treatment group. (2) There were statistically significant differences in the BMDs of lumbar vertebrae and femo-ral neck before and at 6 and 12 months after treatment in treatment group (P<0.05), but no statistically significant differ-ence was found in control group (P>0.05). There were also statistically significant differences in the same-period BMDs between the two groups (P<0.05). And BMDs were significantly increased in the treatment group. Conclusion The comprehensive natural therapy is affordable, safe and effective for the prevention and treatment of senile osteoporosis.
