表面活性素( surfactin)中的C15组分是表面活性素Surfactin异构体混合物中的重要活性组分,在表面活性、溶血活性、抗病毒活性和抑菌活性方面都有突出的表现。考察培养基pH、碳源、氮源、碳氮比、金属离子以及氨基酸等主要参数对枯草芽胞杆菌发酵产物surfactin中C15组分的影响,利用优化后的培养基(葡萄糖20 g/L、NH4 NO32 g/L、K2 HPO43 g/L、NaH2 PO410 g/L、MgSO40?02 g/L、Leu 1 g/L和pH 8?5),枯草芽胞杆菌BS 37发酵24 h, surfactin总产量达750 mg/L,其中C15组分达510 mg/L,占surfactin总量的68%。

C15 Surfactin component is an important active group of surfactin variants;it has outstanding performance in surface activity,hemolytic activity and antibacterial activity. We studied the effect of pH, carbon source, nitrogen source, C/N ratio, metal ion and amino acid of the culture medium on C15 components accumulation.After 24 h fermentation with the optimized medium(glucose 20 g/L,NH4NO3 2 g/L,K2HPO4 3 g/L,NaH2PO4 10 g/L,MgSO4 0.02 g/L,Leu 1 g/L and pH 8.5),the titer of surfactin variants was 750 mg/L, in which C15 component was 510 mg/L, accounting for 68% of total surfactin produced by Bacillus subtilis BS 37.
