目的：研究妊娠高血压患者的临床护理措施。方法选择我院2013年8月~2014年8月的43例妊娠高血压患者，对所有患者的护理方式进行回顾性分析，并对患者护理前后的血压水平、心理状况、生活质量、分娩结果等情况进行比较。结果护理前生活质量优6例，生活质量良14例，生活质量差23例，优良率为46.5%；护理后生活质量优27例，生活质量良13例，生活质量差3例，优良率为93.1%，前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。43例患者中，31例(72.1%)顺产，12例(37.9%)剖腹产，3例新生儿出现窒息状况，经过抢救后症状所有改善，2例患者出现产后出血，出血量<500 ml，平均(352±43)ml。结论健康教育、心理护理、饮食护理等干预能够提升妊娠高血压患者的生活质量。

목적：연구임신고혈압환자적림상호리조시。방법선택아원2013년8월~2014년8월적43례임신고혈압환자，대소유환자적호리방식진행회고성분석，병대환자호리전후적혈압수평、심리상황、생활질량、분면결과등정황진행비교。결과호리전생활질량우6례，생활질량량14례，생활질량차23례，우량솔위46.5%；호리후생활질량우27례，생활질량량13례，생활질량차3례，우량솔위93.1%，전후차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。43례환자중，31례(72.1%)순산，12례(37.9%)부복산，3례신생인출현질식상황，경과창구후증상소유개선，2례환자출현산후출혈，출혈량<500 ml，평균(352±43)ml。결론건강교육、심리호리、음식호리등간예능구제승임신고혈압환자적생활질량。
Objective To study the clinical nursing measures for the patients with gestational hypertension. Methods 43 patients with gestational hypertension in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 were selected.The nursing modes in all patient were analyzed retrospectively.The patients’ blood pressure levels, psychological status,quality of life and delivery results before and after nursing was compared. Results Before nursing,6 cases quality of life was ex-cellent, 14 cases quality of life was good,and 23 cases quality of life was poor,the excellent and good rate was 46.5%. After nursing,27 cases quality of life was excellent,13 cases quality of life was good,and 3 cases quality of life was poor,the excellent and good rate was 93.1%.The difference was significant between before and after nursing (P<0.05).Of the 43 patients,31 cases (72.1%) selected natural labor,12 cases (37.9%) selected cesarean section.3 neonates occurred asphyxia,which improved after rescuing.2 puerperae occurred postpartum hemorrhage,and the hemorrhage amount was lower than 500 ml, with an average of (352±43) ml. Conclusion Intervention measures including health education, psy-chological nursing and diet nursing can improve the patients with gestational hypertension quality of life.
