目的:研究环氧合酶-2(COX-2)蛋白和血管内皮生长因子C (VEGF-C)蛋白在胃癌组织和非胃癌黏膜病变组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测45例胃癌标本、107例非胃癌黏膜病变组织及23例胃癌手术癌旁正常黏膜组织中COX-2蛋白、VEGF-C蛋白的阳性表达情况,应用SPSS16.0统计软件进行数据整理分析。结果①胃癌组织中COX-2蛋白、VEGF-C蛋白表达程度明显高于非胃癌黏膜病变组织及正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.05);②胃癌组织中COX-2蛋白、VEGF-C蛋白表达程度与淋巴结转移和临床分期相关(P<0.05);③COX-2蛋白与VEGF-C蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 COX-2蛋白与VEGF-C蛋白在胃癌前病变发展为胃癌的过程中起着重要作用。COX-2蛋白、VEGF-C蛋白在胃癌的进展及淋巴的转移过程中密不可分,COX-2蛋白、VEGF-C蛋白之间共同作用促进胃癌的淋巴转移。

목적:연구배양합매-2(COX-2)단백화혈관내피생장인자C (VEGF-C)단백재위암조직화비위암점막병변조직중적표체급기림상의의。방법응용면역조직화학S-P법검측45례위암표본、107례비위암점막병변조직급23례위암수술암방정상점막조직중COX-2단백、VEGF-C단백적양성표체정황,응용SPSS16.0통계연건진행수거정리분석。결과①위암조직중COX-2단백、VEGF-C단백표체정도명현고우비위암점막병변조직급정상위점막조직(P<0.05);②위암조직중COX-2단백、VEGF-C단백표체정도여림파결전이화림상분기상관(P<0.05);③COX-2단백여VEGF-C단백재위암조직중적표체정정상관(P<0.05)。결론 COX-2단백여VEGF-C단백재위암전병변발전위위암적과정중기착중요작용。COX-2단백、VEGF-C단백재위암적진전급림파적전이과정중밀불가분,COX-2단백、VEGF-C단백지간공동작용촉진위암적림파전이。
Objective To study the expression and significance of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C) in gastric carcinoma and non-gastric mucosal lesion tissues. Methods Immu-nohistochemical SP was performed to detect the expression of COX-2 protein and VEGF-C protein in 45 cases of gas-tric carcinoma, 107 cases of non-gastric mucosal lesion tissues, and 23 cases of peficancerous normal mucosal tissues. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS16.0 software. Results ①The expression of VEGF-C and COX-2 in gastric carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in non-gastric mucosal lesion tissues and peficancerous normal mucosal tissues (P<0.05);②The expression of COX-2 and VEGF-C in gastric carcinoma tissues was correlat-ed with lymphatic metastasis and clinical staging (P<0.05);③The expression of COX-2 was found to be positive cor-related with the VEGF-C in gastric carcinoma tissues (P<0.05). Conclusion The COX-2 and VEGF-C protein play an important role in the development from precancerous lesions to cancer. The COX-2 protein and VEGF-C protein are closely related to the gastric cancer progression and lymphatic metastasis. The interaction between the COX-2 pro-tein and VEGF-C protein promote lymphatic metastasis of gastric cancer.
