研究了不同矿物掺合料对大掺量循环流化床(CFB)粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥基性能的影响。结果表明,循环流化床粉煤灰最佳掺量为30%;当掺量大于30%时,循环流化床粉煤灰水泥需水量的增长率和胶砂强度下降率均随掺量的增加而变大。在循环流化床粉煤灰水泥(30% CFB粉煤灰+70%水泥)中分别掺入硅灰、超细粉煤灰、矿粉后,前两者使循环流化床粉煤灰水泥性能得到了明显改善,但后者对循环流化床粉煤灰水泥性能影响不大,影响效果为硅灰>超细粉煤灰>矿粉,最佳掺量分别为5%、10%和5%。

The effect of different mineral admixtures on the properties of large volume of circulating lfuidized bed lfy ash cement was studied. The results show that the best dosage of circulating lfuidized bed lfy ash is 30%; And when the content is higher than 30%, the growth rate of water demand and mortar strength decrease rate of the circulating fluidized bed fly ash cement increased with increasing dosage.However, when the circulating lfuidized bed lfy ash cement (30% CFB lfy ash + 70% cement) was doped into silica ash and superifne lfy ash and slag, both the circulating lfuidized bed lfy ash cement performance has been signiifcantly improved, but the latter had little effect on the circulating lfuidized bed lfy ash cement performance.So we can make the conclude that the effect is silica fume > ultraifne lfy ash > powder, and their optimal dosage is 5%, 10% and 5%, respectively.
