为了明确不同葡萄品种对霜霉病抗性的差异，筛选出葡萄霜霉病抗性资源，采用田间自然鉴定的方法，对江苏地区99份葡萄种质资源进行了抗霜霉病鉴定。结果表明：欧美种对霜霉病的抗性明显强于欧亚种，73．91％的欧亚种葡萄表现为高感。经鉴定评价和聚类分析，将种质资源分为5类，其中高抗品种11个，抗病品种16个，抗病力中等品种13个，感病品种24个，高感病品种35个。

In order to make clear the difference in downy mildew [ Plasmapara viticola ( Berk.et Curtis) Ber1.et de Toni] re-sistance among various grape varieties, and to screen out grape germplasm resources with resistance to downy mildew, by adopting the method of natural infection in field,the author identified the resistance of 99 grape germplasm resources to downy mildew in Jiangsu.The results showed that Euramerican grape varieties had obviously stronger resistance to downy mildew than Eurasian grape varieties, and 73.91%of Eurasian grape varieties were highly susceptible to this disease.Through identification evaluation and clus-tering analysis, the tested 99 grape germplasm resources were divided into 5 groups:11highly -resistant varieties,16 resistant vari-eties, 13 moderately-resistant varieties , 24 susceptible varieties, and 35 highly-susceptible varieties.
