目的：构建老年护理敏感指标体系。方法以奥马哈系统为研究框架，以护理结局分类为理论基础，采用文献回顾、临床调研、专家小组讨论和德尔菲（Delphi）专家咨询法，确认老年核心护理问题，并在此基础上构建老年护理敏感指标体系。结果建立了包括3项一级指标（生理领域、健康相关行为领域、心理社会领域），11项二级指标（老年核心护理问题）和54项三级指标的老年护理敏感指标体系。结论本研究明确了老年护理服务质量评价的核心和关键，同时结合我国老年患者的需求，以规范化的护理术语构建了老年护理敏感指标体系，是与国际同行接轨，进行老年专科护理领域护理数据元素探索的有益尝试。

Objective To develop a sensitive indicator system of geriatric nursing. Methods Framed with Omaha System and based on Nursing Outcomes Classification, the geriatric core nursing problems and the sensitive indicator system were identified after literature review, clinical study, expert group discussion and Delphi method. Results The sensitive indicator system of geriatric nursing consisted of 3 first-level indicators, 11 second-level indicators and 54 third-level indicators. Conclusion Combined with the demands of elderly patients in China, this study identifies the core elements of the evaluation of nursing quality and develops a sensitive indicator system based on standardized nursing terminologies for geriatric nursing. It is a beneficial attempt to explore the nursing data set in geriatric nursing.
