地球食源高度统归社会机制掌控的现时代，技能的掌握已成强制性世态。食材、建材的时代变迁决定厨房越来越成为科技空间，伴随的则是家居日常饮食生活享受与创造的文化意义凸显。“厨柜”、“橱柜”二词的辨析与规范使用涉及概念准确表达与社会交流的顺畅。本文自辞义考源辨析入手，讨论了厨柜文化的特征与意义，认为“厨柜”乃传统厨房功能的现代科技整合，“厨柜”文化是传统“厨”文化的时代演绎，“厨柜”已经成为时代家庭饮食文明的缩影。

In modern times, food source are highly controlled by social mechanism, so mastery of skills has been a mandatory phenomenon.Variation of food material and building material has made kitch-en a space of science and technology gradually, accompanying with the cultural significance of enjoying and creating the daily dietetic life.The discrimination and specification use of chugui ( kitchen cupboard) and chugui ( cabinet) will influence the accurate expression and social communication.This article started from etymology and discussed the characteristics and significance of chugui culture, arguing that chugui is the modern scientific integration of traditional kitchen functions and chugui culture is the modern expression of traditional chu culture.chugui has been a microcosm of dietetic civilization in modern families.
