目的:探讨在维持性血液透析中对透析患者动静脉内瘘的正确穿刺技术及护理。方法对我院血透室2010年3月~2013年3月采用动静脉内瘘血液透析治疗的46例患者,其內瘘均进行正确穿刺技术(即选择正确穿刺点:动脉穿刺点离吻合口5 cm以上;静脉穿刺点离动脉穿刺点8~10 cm以上。正确穿刺角度:穿刺针与皮肤成25°角顺血流方向进针。);严格无菌操作;全程精心护理。结果3年44例血液透析患者的动静脉内瘘使用良好;1例发生血栓阻塞;1例感染瘘闭。3年患者內瘘健康护理率95.5%。结论正确规范的內瘘穿刺技术和精心护理,避免反复穿刺,减少并发症发生,可延长內瘘“寿命”,提高血透质量。

목적:탐토재유지성혈액투석중대투석환자동정맥내루적정학천자기술급호리。방법대아원혈투실2010년3월~2013년3월채용동정맥내루혈액투석치료적46례환자,기내루균진행정학천자기술(즉선택정학천자점:동맥천자점리문합구5 cm이상;정맥천자점리동맥천자점8~10 cm이상。정학천자각도:천자침여피부성25°각순혈류방향진침。);엄격무균조작;전정정심호리。결과3년44례혈액투석환자적동정맥내루사용량호;1례발생혈전조새;1례감염루폐。3년환자내루건강호리솔95.5%。결론정학규범적내루천자기술화정심호리,피면반복천자,감소병발증발생,가연장내루“수명”,제고혈투질량。

Three years in patients with ifstula health care rate was 95.5%.Conclusion The correct specification of internal fistula puncture technology and intensive care, to avoid repeated puncture, reduce the complications, can prolong the ifstula"life", improve the quality of hemodialysis.
