Communication and interaction with customers help facilitate a deeper understanding of them, create new knowledge and thereby improve the content and core competitiveness of service supply chain. This paper reviews the concept,classification,acquisition and sharing of customer knowledge as well as the customer knowledge management application model from the perspective of service operation management.
