目的:了解启东地区女性宫颈组织人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染及基因型的分布特点,以期为宫颈疾病的防治提供理论依据。方法应用导流杂交基因芯片技术(凯普HPV分型)对1941例受检者(机会性筛查)行宫颈液基细胞检查和HR-HPV DNA检测。结果宫颈HPV感染率为33.49%(650/1941);单一亚型感染较为常见(70.15%,456/650);以高危亚型感染为主(81.99%,801/977),居前3位的高危型为HPV16、HPV52、HPV58,分别为14.53%(142/977)、11.77%(115/977)、9.72%(95/977)。结论启东地区女性宫颈HPV感染率为33.49%,以高危亚型感染为主,高危HPV基因型主要为HPV16、52、58。

Objective To understand the distribution characteristics of cervical human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and genotypes in females in Qidong Area,with an aim to provide theoretical evidences for the prevention and control of cervical diseases. Methods Flow-through hybridization and gene chip (Calp HPV typing) was applied,and 1941 sub-jects (opportunistic screening) were given TCT exam and HR-HPV DNA test. Results Infection rate of cervical HPV was 33.49% (650/1941);single sub-type infection was the most commonly seen (70.15%,456/650);high-risk sub-type infection was predominant (81.99%,801/977).The top three high-risk infections were HPV16,HPV52,HPV58 with the rate of 14.53%(142/977),11.77%(115/977),9.72%(95/977) respectively. Conclusion Infection rate of cervical HPV in fe-males in Qidong Area is 33.49%.The high-risk sub-type infection is predominant,and the high-risk HPV genotypes are mainly HPV 16,52,58.
