目的：了解吸烟及被动吸烟对青少年免疫系统的危害。方法从参与体检的在校学生中选取20例吸烟者、20例被动吸烟者、20例不吸烟者，分为三组，检测其T细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)含量、免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)含量，并对吸烟组吸烟指数与免疫水平的高低进行相关性分析。结果吸烟者和被动吸烟者相对不吸烟者，T细胞亚群和免疫球蛋白含量明显降低；吸烟组吸烟指数与机体免疫水平呈明显负相关。结论吸烟和被动吸烟会严重危害青少年机体的免疫系统。

목적：료해흡연급피동흡연대청소년면역계통적위해。방법종삼여체검적재교학생중선취20례흡연자、20례피동흡연자、20례불흡연자，분위삼조，검측기T세포아군(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)함량、면역구단백(IgG、IgA、IgM)함량，병대흡연조흡연지수여면역수평적고저진행상관성분석。결과흡연자화피동흡연자상대불흡연자，T세포아군화면역구단백함량명현강저；흡연조흡연지수여궤체면역수평정명현부상관。결론흡연화피동흡연회엄중위해청소년궤체적면역계통。
Objective To understand the hazards of smoking and passive smoking on the adolescents’ immune system. Methods Three groups,including 20 smokers,20 passive smokers and 20 non-smokers were selected from the students who participated in physical examination.Their T cell subsets (CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+) contents and im-munoglobulin (IgG,IgA and IgM) contents were detected.And correlation analysis of the smoking index and the immune level was conducted in the smoking group. Results Compared to non-smokers,smokers and passive smokers had signifi-cantly reduced T cell subsets and immunoglobulin contents.The smoking index and the body immune level in smokers was negatively correlated. Conclusion Smoking and passive smoking will severely impair the adolescents’immune system.
