以高职公路运输与管理专业的核心课程“汽车运输企业经营管理实务”为例，设计了以运输企业的实际经营管理活动为载体的能力训练项目，开展了以项目任务为驱动、以学习型团队为主体、以一体化教室和顶岗实习企业为教学场景、以专兼职教师队伍为引导的一体化教学实践，探索了项目课程的全过程考核方法，深化了项目课程一体化教学模式的内涵。

Taking the core curriculum “Management Practices of Automobile Transportation Company” of highway transportation management major as an example, this paper designs an ability training project based on the actual management activities of transportation companies. Being task-orientated, this project is carried out in integrated classrooms and the internship enterprise where part-time and full-time teachers work together as course guiders. A comprehensive testing method for the project curriculum is also developed.
