目的：观察和分析对老年原发性高血压患者采用缬沙坦配伍美托洛尔进行治疗的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年5月~2015年5月间我院收治的老年原发性高血压患者80例作为临床研究对象，使用随机数字列表法将其随机分为研究组（n=40例）和对照组（n=40例）。对照组患者采用硝苯地平联合美托洛尔进行治疗，研究组患者采用缬沙坦配伍美托洛尔进行治疗。观察和对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：经治疗后，研究组患者治疗的总有效率（95.0%）明显高于对照组（82.5%），(P<0.05)差异均有统计学意义。结论：对老年原发性高血压患者采用缬沙坦配伍美托洛尔进行治疗具有良好的临床疗效，值得在临床上进一步推广。

Objective: To observe and analysis of senile primary hypertension by valsartan combined with metoprolol for treatment.Methods: a total of 2013 may 2015 may treated in our hospital between senile primary hypertension patients 80 cases as a clinical study, using the method of random number list the were randomly divided into study group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). The control group of patients with nifedipine combined with metoprolol in the treatment, the patients in the study group by valsartan combined with metoprolol treatment. Observation and comparison of the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients.Results:after treatment, the total effective rate of the study group (95%) was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group (82.5%), the difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05).Conclusion: in elderly patients with primary hypertension by valsartan combined with metoprolol treatment has good clinical efifcacy, is worthy of further promotion in clinical.
