慢性肺源性心脏病(简称肺心病)是内科常见病，病情复杂，变化多端，迁延难愈，严重威胁人类的生命健康。近几年中医有关肺心病病因、病机和治疗的报道颇多，笔者参阅相关文献，依据多年临床实践，结合患者的临床表现，从探析肺心病的病因、病机、发病特点入手，根据中医辨证施治的原则总结肺心病的中医治疗方案。传统医学对“肺心病”的治疗有独特的作用，必须全面理解和掌握，从而更好地发挥中医治疗肺心病的现代临床价值，有效提高患者的生命质量。
慢性肺源性心髒病(簡稱肺心病)是內科常見病，病情複雜，變化多耑，遷延難愈，嚴重威脅人類的生命健康。近幾年中醫有關肺心病病因、病機和治療的報道頗多，筆者參閱相關文獻，依據多年臨床實踐，結閤患者的臨床錶現，從探析肺心病的病因、病機、髮病特點入手，根據中醫辨證施治的原則總結肺心病的中醫治療方案。傳統醫學對“肺心病”的治療有獨特的作用，必鬚全麵理解和掌握，從而更好地髮揮中醫治療肺心病的現代臨床價值，有效提高患者的生命質量。
만성폐원성심장병(간칭폐심병)시내과상견병，병정복잡，변화다단，천연난유，엄중위협인류적생명건강。근궤년중의유관폐심병병인、병궤화치료적보도파다，필자삼열상관문헌，의거다년림상실천，결합환자적림상표현，종탐석폐심병적병인、병궤、발병특점입수，근거중의변증시치적원칙총결폐심병적중의치료방안。전통의학대“폐심병”적치료유독특적작용，필수전면리해화장악，종이경호지발휘중의치료폐심병적현대림상개치，유효제고환자적생명질량。
Chronic pulmonary heart disease (referred to as pulmonary heart disease) is a common disease of depart-ment of internal medicine,the state of an illness is complex,it is the most changeful and refractory to severely threatens human life and health.In recent years,there have been many reports on the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of pul-monary heart disease in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).Relevant literature was consulted by the author and accord-ing to clinical practice of many years,combining with clinical manifestation of patients,TCM treatment plan is summa-rized beginning with etiology and pathogenesis and pathogenetic characteristics of pulmonary heart disease and accord-ing to the principle of TCM syndrome differentiation.Traditional medicine has unique effect on the treatment of "pul-monary heart disease",it should be understood and mastered comprehensively in order to take advantage of the modern clinical value of TCM treating pulmonary heart disease and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
