目的：观察分析中西医结合治疗重度混合痔临床疗效，并总结经验。方法选取我院肛肠科2012年1月至2014年11月收治的58例重度混合痔患者为研究对象，混合痔外剥内扎术进行治疗，并给予除湿活血汤坐浴治疗，观察患者的临床疗效。结果所有患者经治疗后，均全部治愈，且无重大并发症发生。结论采用中西医结合治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效显著，可有效提高患者生活质量，值得临床广泛应用及推广。
목적：관찰분석중서의결합치료중도혼합치림상료효，병총결경험。방법선취아원항장과2012년1월지2014년11월수치적58례중도혼합치환자위연구대상，혼합치외박내찰술진행치료，병급여제습활혈탕좌욕치료，관찰환자적림상료효。결과소유환자경치료후，균전부치유，차무중대병발증발생。결론채용중서의결합치료중도혼합치적림상료효현저，가유효제고환자생활질량，치득림상엄범응용급추엄。
Objective to observe the analysis combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids clinical curative effect, and sum up experience.
