目的:对比研究分析尿液自动分析、尿沉渣分析及尿常规镜检对尿液中有形成分的检出效果。方法:将我院120份尿标本作为研究分析对象,分别采用干化学、尿沉渣和尿常规三种不同的方式进行检测,检测后,比较其检测结果。结果:比较RBC检出率,干化学组和尿沉渣组明显高于尿常规组(P<0.05)。比较WBC检出率,尿沉渣组明显高于尿常规组和干化学组(P<0.05)。比较结晶和上皮细胞,尿沉渣组明显高于干化学组和尿常规组(P<0.05)。比较管型检出率,尿沉渣组明显高于干化学组合尿常规组(P<0.05)。其中尿沉渣组与干化学组比较RBC检出率,不具有可比性(P>0.05),尿常规组和干化学组比较WBC检出率,不具有可比性(P>0.05)。结论:三种方法比较,检验尿中有形成分可首选尿沉渣镜检方式,此检验方式效果更理想。

Objective: comparative analysis of automatic urine analysis, urine sediments analysis and urine routine examination of the visible components in urine detection results.Methods: our hospital 120 urine samples as the analysis object, respectively, using dry chemistry, urinalysis and urine routine three different ways were detected, detection and compare the test results. Results: the detection rate of RBC, dry chemical group and urinary sediment group was significantly higher than that of urine group (P<0.05). Comparison of the detection rate of WBC, urinary sediment group was signiifcantly higher than that of conventional group and urine dry chemical group (P<0.05). Comparison of crystallization and epithelial cells, urine sediment group was signiifcantly higher than that of dry chemical group and urine group (P<0.05). Comparison of tube type detection rate, urinary sediment combination group was signiifcantly higher than that of dry chemical urine group (P<0.05). Which group of urinary sediment and dry chemical group comparing RBC detection rate, does not have the ratio (P > 0.05), urine routine group and dry chemical group compared with WBC detection rate, does not have the ratio (P > 0.05).Conclusion: three methods compared in detecting urine have formed can be preferred urine sediment microscopic inspection, the inspection way effect is more ideal.
