农产品加工业具有关联度高、涉及面广、吸纳就业能力强、劳动技术密集的特点，在服务“三农”、壮大县域经济、促进就业、扩大内需、增加出口、保障营养健康与质量安全等方面发挥重要作用。本文通过专利数据检索，对该产业发展现状，专利申请量、公开量、国省分布、申请人构成、技术分类构成以及存在问题进行了分析，研究提出了我国农产品加工业专利技术未来发展的应对之道，对完善农产品加工产业链，加快促进我国农业产业结构战略性转型具有重要意义。

Agro‐industry has the features of high correlation ,involving a wide range of strong ability to absorb employment ,intensive labor and technology ,w hich plays an important role in serving rural areas ,farmers and agri‐culture ,boosting county economy ,promoting employment ,expanding domestic demand and increasing exports ,ensu‐ring health and nutritional quality and safety .Through patent data retrieval ,this paper analyzes the status quo of in‐dustrial development ,applications ,open amount ,provincial distribution of the country ,the applicant constitutes , technical composition and classification as well as problems ,then studies and proposes countermeasures for the future development of agro‐industries patented technology ,so as to improve agro‐industry chain ,accelerate the promotion of strategic transformation of China’s agricultural industry structure .
