目的:对急诊重症监护中心肺复苏时进行及时气管插管的重要价值进行分析。方法:取心肺复苏患者80例,均为我院急诊科2005年7月份到2014年7月份的收治患者。随机分组,对照组实施延时插管,实验组实施及时插管。对两组患者的临床效果进行比较。结果(:1)两组患者插管时间比较:实验组插管时间比对照组明显要短,差异明显,P<0.05,具备统计学意义;(2)两组患者复苏成功率经对比:实验组复苏成功率比对照组要高,差异明显,P<0.05,具备统计学意义。结论:在急诊重监护中心对呼吸、心跳患者进行心肺复苏时,需要及时进行气管插管,从而提高心肺复苏的成功率,减少患者死亡率,为患者的抢救争取更多时间。

Objective:to analyze the important value of timely tracheal intubation in the emergency intensive care center for pulmonary resuscitation.Methods: 80 patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation were treated with the emergency department of our hospital from July 2005 to July 2014. The control group was randomly divided into control group and the experimental group was implemented in time. The clinical effect of two groups of patients were compared.Results: (1) the intubation time of the two groups of patients compared the intubation time of experimental group were signiifcantly shorter than the control group, signiifcant difference,P < 0.05, with statistical signiifcance; (2) two group of patients to recover the success rate by comparison: in the experimental group, the recovery success rate is higher than the control group, the difference was signiifcant,P < 0.05, have signiifcant.Conclusion: in the emergency heavy Monitoring Center for breathing, heartbeat in patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and need to timely trachea intubation, so as to improve the rate of successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and to reduce the mortality of the patients, to strive for more time to rescue the patients.
