以无水硫酸钾为催化剂,环己烷为溶剂,芳香醛、芳香酮和脲三组分“一锅法”合成了一系列5-未取代3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮化合物。与传统方法相比,该方法具有溶剂无毒、产率高、反应条件温和、催化剂价廉等优点。

An efficient and facile synthesis of 5-unsubstituted 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones via a Biginelli-like reaction of aro-matic aldehydes,aromatic ketone and urea in the presence of anhydrous K2 SO4 in cyclohexane using a heating method had been de-veloped. Compared with the classical reaction conditions,this synthetic method had the advantages of nontoxic solvent,moderate to high yields,mild reaction conditions,and inexpensive catalyst.
