目的：探讨心脉通胶囊对急性心肌梗塞患者存活心肌的保护作用。方法：选取本院2013年5月至2014年4月收治的60例急性心肌梗塞病患作为本次研究对象，随机分为对照组与研究组，对照组采取常规的方案对患者进行治疗，研究组则在其基础上给予患者服用心脉通胶囊。观察并区分两组患者治疗前后室壁运动异常指标。结果：通过治疗后，研究组患者室壁运动异常指数明显下降，与对照组相比有显著性差异，两组间差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：本文采用心脉通胶囊对急性心肌梗塞患者存活心肌保护作用效果显著，安全性高，值得临床推广与应用。

목적：탐토심맥통효낭대급성심기경새환자존활심기적보호작용。방법：선취본원2013년5월지2014년4월수치적60례급성심기경새병환작위본차연구대상，수궤분위대조조여연구조，대조조채취상규적방안대환자진행치료，연구조칙재기기출상급여환자복용심맥통효낭。관찰병구분량조환자치료전후실벽운동이상지표。결과：통과치료후，연구조환자실벽운동이상지수명현하강，여대조조상비유현저성차이，량조간차이구유통계학의의(p<0.05)。결론：본문채용심맥통효낭대급성심기경새환자존활심기보호작용효과현저，안전성고，치득림상추엄여응용。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of the capsule on the survival of acute myocardial infarction in patients with myocardial infarction.Methods: select the hospital in 2013 as the research objects that have linked from April 5 to April 2014 in 60 cases of acute myocardial infarction, randomly assigned to the control group and the study group, while the control group adopted conventional surgical treatment, study group is on the basis of giving patients taking Xinmaitong capsule. Observation and distinguish between the two groups of patients before and after treatment of ventricular wall motion abnormality index. Results:after treatment, the abnormal wall motion of the study group was signiifcantly decreased, compared with the control group, there were signiifcant differences between the two groups, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05). Conclusion:in this paper, the effect of myocardial protection in patients with acute myocardial infarction was signiifcantly higher with the use of the capsule of heart, and the safety is high, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
