利用核磁共振技术考察了六、七、八元瓜环与三种苯并咪唑类化合物的相互作用情况,并对瓜环与这类客体相互作用模式及作用机理进行了深入的研究。实验结果表明:三种客体均能与三种瓜环形成主客体配合物,但作用模式及作用比随瓜环的大小而各不相同,六、七元瓜环与客体相互作用形成1∶1的包结配合物,八元瓜环与客体相互作用形成1∶2的包结配合物。
利用覈磁共振技術攷察瞭六、七、八元瓜環與三種苯併咪唑類化閤物的相互作用情況,併對瓜環與這類客體相互作用模式及作用機理進行瞭深入的研究。實驗結果錶明:三種客體均能與三種瓜環形成主客體配閤物,但作用模式及作用比隨瓜環的大小而各不相同,六、七元瓜環與客體相互作用形成1∶1的包結配閤物,八元瓜環與客體相互作用形成1∶2的包結配閤物。
이용핵자공진기술고찰료륙、칠、팔원과배여삼충분병미서류화합물적상호작용정황,병대과배여저류객체상호작용모식급작용궤리진행료심입적연구。실험결과표명:삼충객체균능여삼충과배형성주객체배합물,단작용모식급작용비수과배적대소이각불상동,륙、칠원과배여객체상호작용형성1∶1적포결배합물,팔원과배여객체상호작용형성1∶2적포결배합물。
Interaction of Cucurbit[n=6~8]urils and Benzimidazoles have been invesgated by 1H NMR spectroscopy,and the inter-action modles and interaction mechanism have been deeply researched. The experimental results revealed that the host-guest com-plexs were formed between three guests and Cucurbit[n=6~8]urils,while the interaction modles and interaction ratios were differ-ent respectively with the size of Cucurbit[n=6~8]urils. The interaction ratios of Q[6]、Q[7] and three guests are 1∶1,the ratios of Q[8]and guests are 1∶2.
