目的：分析综合疗法治疗牙周牙髓综合征的临床效果。方法：选取2013年1月~2014年1月来院治疗的牙周牙髓综合征患者86例，共96颗患牙，按入院顺序，分为对照组和观察组，每组各43例，共48颗患牙，对照组采用单一根管治疗，观察组在对照组基础上配合牙周综合治疗，观察对比两组患者的临床效果。结果：观察组有效率为97.67%，对照组有效率为79.07%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组牙齿保留率为95.35%，对照组牙齿保留率为69.77%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：综合疗法牙周牙髓综合征的临床效果显著，可缓解患者的临床症状，提高牙齿的保留率，值得在临床中推广使用。
목적：분석종합요법치료아주아수종합정적림상효과。방법：선취2013년1월~2014년1월래원치료적아주아수종합정환자86례，공96과환아，안입원순서，분위대조조화관찰조，매조각43례，공48과환아，대조조채용단일근관치료，관찰조재대조조기출상배합아주종합치료，관찰대비량조환자적림상효과。결과：관찰조유효솔위97.67%，대조조유효솔위79.07%，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；관찰조아치보류솔위95.35%，대조조아치보류솔위69.77%，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：종합요법아주아수종합정적림상효과현저，가완해환자적림상증상，제고아치적보류솔，치득재림상중추엄사용。
Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of combined therapy in treatment of periodontal pulp syndrome.Methods:select January 2013 to January 2009 to hospital treatment of periodontal pulp syndrome with 86 cases and 96 teeth, according to the order of admission, divided into control group and observation group, each 43 cases in each, a total of 48 teeth control group with single root canal treatment, the observation group in the control group on the basis of with the periodontal treatment, to observe clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results: in the observation group efifciency was 97.67%, the control group effective rate was 79.07%, the difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05); observation group tooth retention rate was 95.35%, control group tooth retention rate was 69.77%, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment of periodontal pulp syndrome, can ease the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the retention rate of teeth, it is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
