目的:观察丙泊酚联合地佐辛在老年患者无痛胃镜检查中的效果及安全性。方法选择无痛胃镜检查的老年患者120例,随机分为丙泊酚联合地佐辛组(观察组)和丙泊酚联合芬太尼组(对照组),每组各60例。记录两组患者在不同时间点的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO2),麻醉苏醒时间和丙泊酚用量,观察术后恶心、呕吐等不良反应的发生;对结果进行组间比较。结果两组患者的MAP、SpO2、苏醒时间及丙泊酚用量上存在差异,但在不良反应发生上,差异无统计学意义。结论丙泊酚联合地佐辛用于老年患者无痛胃镜检查,可明显减少丙泊酚用量,缩短苏醒时间,保持呼吸、循环稳定,具有良好的安全性。

목적:관찰병박분연합지좌신재노년환자무통위경검사중적효과급안전성。방법선택무통위경검사적노년환자120례,수궤분위병박분연합지좌신조(관찰조)화병박분연합분태니조(대조조),매조각60례。기록량조환자재불동시간점적평균동맥압(MAP)、심솔(HR)、혈양포화도(SpO2),마취소성시간화병박분용량,관찰술후악심、구토등불량반응적발생;대결과진행조간비교。결과량조환자적MAP、SpO2、소성시간급병박분용량상존재차이,단재불량반응발생상,차이무통계학의의。결론병박분연합지좌신용우노년환자무통위경검사,가명현감소병박분용량,축단소성시간,보지호흡、순배은정,구유량호적안전성。
Objective To observe the effect of propofol combined with dezocine in painless gastroscopy of senile patients and the safety. Methods 120 cases to undergo painless gastroscopy were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups:observation group(propo-fol+dezocine)and control group(propofol+fentanyl), 60 in each;the changes of MAP, heart rate, SpO2 at each time point, the revival time and the propofol dosage were recorded and observation was made to the occurrence of side effects; a comparative analysis was made between the 2 groups. Results There existed statistical differences in MAP, SpO2, the revival time and the propofol dosage be-tween the 2 groups while no statistical difference was found in the occurrence of side effects. Conclusions The application of propofol combined with dezocine in painless gastroscopy of senile patients can obviously reduce the propofol dosage, shorten the revival time, keep respiration and circulation stable, and it is of greater safety.
