目的：观察0.05ml与0.1ml(各含青霉素50单位)两种不同青霉素皮试注射量对青霉素皮试结果的影响。方法选2012年12月至2014年11月在门诊做青霉素皮试的患者168例随机分为实验组和对照组各84人，实验组采用0.05ml（含青霉素50单位）的注射量进行皮试；对照组采用0.1ml(含青霉素50单位)的注射量进行皮试。结果实验组对照组皮试阳性率分别为2.38%、11.9%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），实验组皮试阴性者使用青霉素无一例发生过敏反应。结论青霉素皮试注射量0.05ml（含青霉素50单位）安全可行，易于判断，阳性率低，值得推广。

목적：관찰0.05ml여0.1ml(각함청매소50단위)량충불동청매소피시주사량대청매소피시결과적영향。방법선2012년12월지2014년11월재문진주청매소피시적환자168례수궤분위실험조화대조조각84인，실험조채용0.05ml（함청매소50단위）적주사량진행피시；대조조채용0.1ml(함청매소50단위)적주사량진행피시。결과실험조대조조피시양성솔분별위2.38%、11.9%，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05），실험조피시음성자사용청매소무일례발생과민반응。결론청매소피시주사량0.05ml（함청매소50단위）안전가행，역우판단，양성솔저，치득추엄。
Objective To observe the effects of 0.05ml and 0.1ml (50 units of each containing two units) on the test results of penicillin skin test.Methods in December 2012 - 2014 years 11 months in outpatient service do penicillin skin test in patients with 168 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group (n = 84) and experimental group with 0.05ml (penicillin containing 50 units) injection volume of skin test; in skin test group with 0.1ml (penicillin containing 50 units) of the injection quantity control.Results the positive rate of skin test in the experimental group was 2.38%, 11.9%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion the safety and feasibility of penicillin skin test injection of 0.05ml (including 50 units of penicillin) is safe and feasible, and it is easy to judge, and the positive rate is low, it is worth promoting.
