以石煤酸浸渣为原料,矿渣经煅烧后采用碱浸制备白炭黑。探讨了碱矿质量比、固液比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对二氧化硅浸出率的影响及沉硅pH值和淋洗液pH值对白炭黑产量和质量的影响。结果表明:在碱矿质量比为1.4、固液比为1∶3、反应温度120℃和反应时间6 h的条件下,二氧化硅的浸出率为96.2%。在室温下沉硅,沉硅时间1 h,沉硅pH值为8.5、淋洗液pH值为3.0的条件下,二氧化硅回收率为91.9%。白炭黑产品中二氧化硅含量为96.9%,其比表面积为305.2 m2/g,经红外、X射线衍射分析白炭黑产品为非晶态结构的水合SiO2。

White carbon black was prepared from acidic leaching residues of stone coal which was calcined by means of alkali leaching. The effects of the mass ratio of alkali versus mass, solid-liquid ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time on silica leaching rate were investigated. And silicon precipitation pH value and elution pH value were discussed in terms of white carbon black production and quality. Research results indicated that under the conditions of mass ratio of alkali versus ore was 1.4, solid-liquid ratio was 1∶3, reaction temperature was 120℃, reaction time was 6 h, the leaching rate of silica in slag was 96.2%. At the room temperature, when the reaction time was 1 h, elution solution pH value was 8.5, the recovery rate of SiO2 was 91.9%. The content of SiO2 in white carbon black product was 96.9%, the speciifc area is 305.2 m2/g, white carbon black product was proven to be amorphous structure of the hydration SiO2 by FTIR and XRD analysis.
