在云南腾冲县界头、曲石、固东3个乡镇进行了田间试验,探讨了海拔、土壤、基因型及其互作对烤烟总糖和总氮含量的影响,结果表明:红壤、水稻土对K326、云87烤烟总糖和总氮含量的影响无显著性差异,3个海拔(1450~1550 m、1750~1850 m、2050~2150 m)对K326的总糖和总氮含量的影响无显著性差异,而对云87的总糖和总氮含量的影响有显著性差异。海拔、土壤及其互作对总糖和总氮含量变异的影响效力为海拔>海拔和土壤互作>土壤。云87的总糖和总氮含量较K326受各因子影响效应更大。海拔、土壤与基因型互作对烤烟总糖和总氮含量变异的影响效力为:海拔与品种互作>海拔>海拔与土壤互作>品种>土壤与品种互作>海拔、土壤、品种互作>土壤。海拔、基因型对烟叶化学成分的影响远远大于土壤,在烟叶种植区划布局时应优先考虑海拔、基因型这2个因素。
在雲南騰遲縣界頭、麯石、固東3箇鄉鎮進行瞭田間試驗,探討瞭海拔、土壤、基因型及其互作對烤煙總糖和總氮含量的影響,結果錶明:紅壤、水稻土對K326、雲87烤煙總糖和總氮含量的影響無顯著性差異,3箇海拔(1450~1550 m、1750~1850 m、2050~2150 m)對K326的總糖和總氮含量的影響無顯著性差異,而對雲87的總糖和總氮含量的影響有顯著性差異。海拔、土壤及其互作對總糖和總氮含量變異的影響效力為海拔>海拔和土壤互作>土壤。雲87的總糖和總氮含量較K326受各因子影響效應更大。海拔、土壤與基因型互作對烤煙總糖和總氮含量變異的影響效力為:海拔與品種互作>海拔>海拔與土壤互作>品種>土壤與品種互作>海拔、土壤、品種互作>土壤。海拔、基因型對煙葉化學成分的影響遠遠大于土壤,在煙葉種植區劃佈跼時應優先攷慮海拔、基因型這2箇因素。

The effects of altitude, soil, genotype, and their interactions on the contents of total sugar and total nitrogen in flue-cured tobacco were investigated through field experiments in Jietou, Qushi and Gudong towns ( villages) of Tengchong county in Yunnan province.The results showed that:there were no significant differences in the contents of total sugar and total nitrogen in two flue-cured tobacco varieties in between red soil and paddy soil; there were no significant differences in the contents of total sugar and total nitrogen in K326 at among 3 different altitudes (1450~1550, 1750~1850, and 2050~2150 m), but there were significant differences in those in Yun 87.The effects of altitude, soil, and their interaction on the variation in total sugar and total nitrogen contents revealed the following sequence:altitude>interaction of altitude and soil>soil.The contents of total sugar and total nitrogen in Yun 87 were more greatly affected by various factors than those in K326.The influences of altitude, soil, genotype, and their in-teractions on the variation in the contents of total sugar and total nitrogen in flue-cured tobacco manifested the following sequence:interaction of altitude and variety>altitude>interaction of altitude and soil>variety>interaction of soil and variety>interaction of al-titude, soil and variety>soil.In conclusion, altitude and genotype had more greater influences on the chemical compositions in to-bacco leaf than soil.Thus, altitude and genotype should be preferentially considered in the planting regional planning of flue-cured tobacco.
