目的:探讨对老年患者照护者饮食护理知识教育培训的方法及其效果.方法便利抽样法选取2013年6月至2014年5月在东莞市凤岗医院需要在进食方面给予帮助的照顾老年患者的照护者68名为研究对象.自行设计调查问卷,对照护者饮食护理知识的了解情况、对患者吞咽功能评估、喂食技能、误吸的认知及照护者对误吸处置应对等进行调查,了解其饮食护理知识及基本技能的掌握程度.针对其薄弱环节成立由护士长及5名高级护士组成的培训小组对其教育培训及检查监督,对培训前后照护者饮食护理知识和基本技能掌握情况进行比较,调查培训前后患者对照护者护理的满意度.结果培训后,照护者对饮食护理知识和基本技能掌握程度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),误吸率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论有针对性地对照护者进行饮食护理知识及基本技能教育培训,能有效预防因喂食不当所造成的老年患者并发症的发生.

Objective To study the method and evaluate of dietary nursing education training for care pro-viders of elderly patients.Methods Totally 68 care providers were enrolled by random selection and were evaluated by using self-design questionnaire to understand the care giver’s general information,knowledge of dietary nursing,deglutition function evaluation,feeding,aspiration and solutions to aspiration.A training team comprised of the head nurse and 5 senior nurses trained the care providers and supervised them on the weak link.The care providers’knowledge and basic skills of dietary nursing for elderly patients were evalu-ated before and after the training by the training team.A survey was conducted among the patients to in-vestigate their satisfaction to care providers before and after the training.Results The care providers’ knowledge and basic skills of dietary nursing for elderly patients were significantly improved after the training (P<0.01)and the rate of aspiration was reduced (P<0.05).Conclusion Specific training for care providers in knowledge and basic skills of dietary nursing for elderly patients can help reduce the complica-tions of inappropriate feeding.
