针对惯性往复振动筛的一些缺点,以反共振理论为基础,设计了一种新型的反共振振动筛。通过建立反共振振动筛数学模型,并对其进行动力学分析求解,再根据二自由度系统反共振的定义确定上支撑弹簧的刚度。根据橡胶弹簧的静变形量要大于设备的最大瞬态振幅的要求以及固有频率比和反共振点稳定性的关系,得出固有频率比值的取值范围为0.75≤ a≤1,此时橡胶弹簧的刚度 k1=ω2 m1/a2。

In view of the shortcomings of the reciprocating sieve ,a new kind of anti‐resonant vibrating sieve was put forward based on the theory of anti‐resonance .We established a mathematical model of anti‐resonant vibrating sieve ,and get the solu‐tion after the dynamic analysis .According to the definition of two degree of freedom system of anti‐resonance ,the up support stiffness of the spring was determined .Because the static deformation of rubber spring should be greater than the maximum transient amplitude of equipment ,as well as the relations between the natural frequency ratio and stability of anti‐resonance point ,a reasonable natural frequency ratio was obtained ,0 .75≤ a≤1 ,and the stiffness of spring was k1 = ω2 m1/a2 .
