建立信商概念和信商理论,有助于深化对企业经营者个人信用的研究,可以使企业经营者的信商得到测试、衡量和综合评价。在阐释企业经营者信商有关理论的基础上,以企业经营者个人、企业环境、外界因素3个一级指标以及12个二级指标构建信商的评价指标体系,运用层次分析法对企业经营者信商进行量化综合评价,得出决定企业经营者信商高低的因素主要在于个人道德品质的培养。并在此基础上从政府、企业和社会三个不同方面,提出提高信商的建议。

Establishing credit quotient concepts and theory helps to deepen the study of business operators'personal credit,and to operate the credit quotient test,measurement and comprehensive evaluation on enterprise operators.On the basis of interpreting relevant theories concerning enterprise operators'credit,evaluation index system of credit quo-tient has been established,with enterprise operators themselves,enterprise environment and external world as its first-level indexes and with 12 indexes in sub-level.Using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP)to quantify the credit quotient towards operators,it is concluded that the decisive factors for credit height of enterprise operators lie in the cultivation of individual moral quality.On this basis,suggestions for the improvement of the credit quotient have been offered from government,enterprise operators themselves and society.
