目的:探讨将PBL教学法与专业分组相结合应用于 ICU护士临床培训中的效果.方法便利抽样选取上海市第一人民医院 ICU A病区护士为观察组,ICU B病区护士为对照组.在8个月培训过程中,对观察组护士在实施专业分组的基础上采用PBL教学法,对照组护士不实施专业分组,并采用以授课为基础的教学方法(LBL),比较两组护士培训后医生和患者对护理工作的满意度、护士对工作的满意度、护士重症护理理论和技能考核成绩及患者相关并发症发生率.结果培训后,观察组的医生、患者对护理工作满意率、护士对工作的满意率、护士重症护理理论及技能考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);观察组所护理患者相关并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在 ICU 护士培训中,应用专业分组与PBL教学相结合的方法可以有效提高医生、患者及护士的满意率,提高 ICU 护士的临床综合能力及专科护理质量,值得推广应用.

Objective To investigate the effect of PBL combined with professional groups in clinical train-ing of ICU nurses.Methods By convenience sampling,the nurses in ICU A ward were selected as obser-vation group,and nurses in ICU B ward were selected as control group.During the 8 months of training, the observation group received PBL teaching method with professional grouping,while the control group received no professional grouping,but were applied with lecture based learning.Physician satisfaction and patient satisfaction for nursing work,nurse satisfaction,critical care theoretical and skills results ,the in-cidence of complications were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results After training, the physician satisfaction and patient satisfaction for nursing,nurse satisfaction,critical care theoretical and skills results in observation group were all higher than which in control group(all P<0 .0 1 ).The in-cidence rate of patient’s relevant complications in observation group were lower than that of control group(P<0 .0 5 ).Conclusion In the training of ICU nurses,PBL teaching combined with professional groups can effectively improve physician,patients and nurses’satisfaction,and can also improve the clin-ical integrative competence and specialty nursing quality,which is worthwhile for promotion.
