目的:调查护理本科生的临床实践行为表现与自主学习能力水平,并了解其相关性.方法便利抽样选取某高校2011级236名护理本科生,采用一般资料问卷、临床实践行为表现量表和自主学习能力量表对其进行调查.结果本科护生临床实践行为表现总分为(161.06±9.51)分,条目平均分为(3.75±0.57)分;自主学习能力总分为(120.05±11.09)分,条目平均分为(3.53±0.55)分;本科护生的临床实践行为表现评分与自主学习能力评分存在正相关(P<0.05).结论护理教育者应当采取多样化的教学模式,提高护理本科生的临床实践行为表现和自主学习能力,为临床输送更优秀的护理人才.

Objective To investigate the clinical practice behavior and autonomous learning ability of undergraduate nursing students,and understand its correlationship.Methods By convenience sam-pling,2 3 6 nursing students were selected and investigated by using general information questionnaire, clinical practice behavior scale and the ability of autonomous learning scale.Results The total score of undergraduate nursing students in clinical practice behavior was (1 6 1 .0 6 ± 9 .5 1 ),the average score was (3.75±0.57);autonomous learning ability score was (120.05±11.09),the average score was (3 .5 3 ± 0 .5 5 ).There was a positive correlation in undergraduate nursing students between clinical practice behavior score and the autonomous learning ability score (P<0 .0 5 ).Conclusion Nursing educators should adopt diversified teaching mode to improve the clinical practice behavior of under-graduate nursing students and the ability of autonomous learning so that convey more qualified nursing talents for clinical nursing.
