目的：探讨品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)活动在糖尿病小组质量监控中的应用效果.方法2014年2－8月,丽水市人民医院成立 QCC小组,对糖尿病小组质量控制过程中发现的问题进行分析和评估,选定提高临床科室糖尿病护理质量的活动主题,拟定并落实针对性的监控护理措施.结果 QCC活动开展后,临床科室胰岛素保管规范率、护士胰岛素注射操作合格率、糖尿病患者低血糖处理规范率、糖尿病患者静脉微泵用胰岛素管理规范率及护士糖尿病理论知识考核优秀率均高于开展前,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0．01).结论 QCC活动的开展可明显提高医院临床科室糖尿病护理的质量.

Objective To investigate the application effect of quality control circle (QCC)activities in the quality monitoring of diabetes groups.Methods Setting up the OCC group,and analyze and evaluate the problems of QCC activities in the process of quality monitoring of diabetes groups.Selected the primary subj ect for improves quality of diabetes care and carried out the related quality improvement.Results After the implementation of QCC activities,insulin keeping standard rate increased ,qualification rate of insulin inj ection technology operating by clinical nurses,standard rate of dealing with clinical diabetic patients with hypoglycemia,management standard rate of vein micro pump with insulin in clinical diabetic patients and excellent rate of theoretical knowledge examination were all increased compared with those before the ap-plication of QCC activities (all P<0.01).Conclusion QCC activities could obviously improve the quality of diabetes care in clinical departments.
