氢键已经发现了100多年,迄今为止它仍然是科学研究的重要课题。氢键的研究涉及从无机到有机众多学科,例如材料科学、生物化学、分子医学等。液态水是一种重要的化学溶剂,它很多特殊的性质都源于水分子间形成的氢键体系。特别是最近几年,水体系间氢键的研究取得了巨大的进步,关于氢键本质的新认识不断被提出。本文以水为例,重点介绍水体系中氢键的分析方法及研究进展,以期对氢键的研究有一个整体的认识。

The hydrogen bond was discovered almost 100 years ago,but still is a topic of vital scientific research. The reason for this long-lasting interest lies in the eminent importance of hydrogen bonds for the structure,function,and dynamics of a vast number of chemical systems,which range from inorganic to biological chemistry. The scientific branches involved are very diverse,and one may include material science,biochemistry and molecular medicine. Water is one of the most common polar solvents used in synthetic chemistry. The power of liquid water as a solvent stems in part from its unusual properties,often attributed to its strong hydrogen bond network. In recent years in particular,hydrogen-bond research has strongly expanded in depth as well as in breadth,new con-cepts have been established. Taking water as an example,this review is intended to give a coherent survey of the state of the art,with a focus on the analysis method and the research progress of the hydrogen bond.
