通过大田栽培试验,比较分析了两个常规籼型水稻品种(“IR6814”4和“黄华占”)在全生育期和籽粒发育期各器官的锌( Zn)积累动态。结果表明:在整个生长发育期间,两个品种各器官的Zn含量均表现为茎>颖壳>根>穗轴>叶>糙米,且IR68144各器官(穗轴除外)的Zn积累量一般高于黄华占相应器官的;根、叶和颖壳中Zn的动态积累过程在两种基因型水稻间相似;在籽粒发育前期,两个品种糙米Zn的积累量均快速增加,两者差异较小,然而在籽粒发育后期,IR68144糙米Zn的积累量稳步增加,而黄华占则增长很少,使得它们糙米Zn的最终积累量差异明显。
通過大田栽培試驗,比較分析瞭兩箇常規秈型水稻品種(“IR6814”4和“黃華佔”)在全生育期和籽粒髮育期各器官的鋅( Zn)積纍動態。結果錶明:在整箇生長髮育期間,兩箇品種各器官的Zn含量均錶現為莖>穎殼>根>穗軸>葉>糙米,且IR68144各器官(穗軸除外)的Zn積纍量一般高于黃華佔相應器官的;根、葉和穎殼中Zn的動態積纍過程在兩種基因型水稻間相似;在籽粒髮育前期,兩箇品種糙米Zn的積纍量均快速增加,兩者差異較小,然而在籽粒髮育後期,IR68144糙米Zn的積纍量穩步增加,而黃華佔則增長很少,使得它們糙米Zn的最終積纍量差異明顯。

The dynamics of Zinc ( Zn) accumulation in different organs of two conventional indica rice varieties (“IR68144”and“Huanghuazhan”) at whole growth and developmental stage were compared and analyzed through field cultivation experiments. In the whole growth and developmental period, the Zn content in various organs of these two rice varieties all showed the following order:stem >glume >root >spike-stalk >leaf >brown rice, and the Zn accumulation in all organs ( except for spike-stalk ) of IR68144 was generally higher than that in the corresponding organs of Huanghuazhan.The dynamic process of Zn accumulation in root, leaf and glume was similar between these two rice genotypes.At the earlier stage of grain development, the Zn accumulation in the brown rice of the two varieties all increased rapidly and had little difference each other.However, at the later stage of grain de-velopment, the Zn accumulation in the brown rice of IR68144 increased steadily, but that in Huanghuazhan rose very little, so that the final Zn accumulation in the brown rice of these two varieties was significantly different.
