This paper analyzed the mixture proportioning design process and its design key points of rubber powder modified asphalt,introduced the production process of rubber powder asphalt mixture,and researched the specific application process of modified asphalt pavement construc-tion technology,in order to enhance the application level of this technology in future highway construction.
