目的：探讨换药支具对下肢骨折术后患者换药时间及患者满意度的影响.方法以目的取样法选择2013年8月至2014年1月第二军医大学长海医院骨科创伤病区下肢骨折术后患者150例,以随机数字表法分为 A、B两组.采用两阶段交叉设计,A组在术后第1次和第2次换药(间隔1 d,换药方式相同)时分别使用换药支具及不使用换药支具,B组则颠倒顺序.比较使用换药支具对换药时间及患者满意度的影响.结果使用换药支具对换药时间及患者满意度均有显著影响(P＜0．01)；而换药阶段对换药时间及患者满意度没有影响(P＞0．05)；不同个体的换药时间及患者满意度不同(P＜0．01).结论该换药支具完全可以达到安全、可靠、舒适的要求,能够广泛应用于下肢术后(如膝部损伤、胫腓骨、踝关节手术)的换药工作中,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To investigate the effect on the patient’s satisfaction level and dressing change time of medication change orthosis in patients with fracture of lower limb.Methods Totally 150 patients were selected and divided into group A and B.Group A applied with medication change orthosis in the first time,and without it in second time,while the group B was applied in the reversed order.The medication change time and patient’s satisfaction level were compared.Results There was statistical significance of whether applied with medication change orthosis showed in medication change time and satisfaction level (P<0.01),while no difference showed in medication change stage (P>0.05).Different patients were with different medication change time and satisfaction level (P<0.01 ).Conclusion This medication change orthosis can meet the requirements of safety,reliable and comfort,which can widely applied in the medication change of postoperative fracture of lower limb surgery (lap injury,tibiofibula and ankle joint surgery)and worth for clinical application.
