为研究无碱液体速凝剂和碱性液体速凝剂对喷射混凝土抗压强度和耐久性能的影响,对掺加两种速凝剂的喷射混凝土试件进行了抗压强度、体积稳定性和快速冻融试验。试验结果表明:掺加无碱液体速凝剂可大幅度提高喷射混凝土28 d抗压强度,保有率达到106.8%,而掺加碱性液体速凝剂的混凝土28 d抗压强度比仅为57.5%;掺加无碱液体速凝剂的喷射混凝土试件在各龄期的收缩率均小于掺加碱性液体速凝剂的混凝土试件;掺加无碱液体速凝剂可有效提高喷射混凝土的抗冻性能,混凝土试件经受300次冻融循环未破坏,而掺加碱性液体速凝剂的混凝土试件在进行冻融循环125次时已完全破坏。

The paper conducts experimental study on the compressive strength, volume stability and freezing resist-ance of the two shotcrete samples with different accelerating agents,aiming to unveil the inf luence of alkali-free liquid accelerating agent and alkaline liquid accelerating agent to the compressive strength and durability of shotcrete.The results show that within a matter of 28 d alkali-free liquid accelerating agent largely improves the compressive strength of the sample,as the retention rate raises to 106.8%,while the other sample only displays a compressive strength of 57.5%.At the same time,it is noticed that the alkali-free sample falls behind the alkaline sample in terms of contraction rate at every stage of the experiment.The alkali-free liquid accelerating agent elevates the freezing resistance of the shotcrete by a large margin, which manages to withstand 300 freeze-thaw cycles, while the other sample fails at cycle 125 .
