我国混凝土坝工程无论数量、高度、规模均居世界前列,大坝长效服役的健康状况不仅关系到整个工程的安危,而且对经济建设、社会安定与生态安全等具有重大影响。在对我国混凝土坝工程建设与安全现状进行阐述的基础上,从混凝土坝材料性能演化、隐患病害监测与检测、施工质量控制、安全风险管理与评定等方面,论述了混凝土坝长效服役与风险评定理论、方法及其技术的研究现状。认为今后应加强多破坏因素耦合作用下混凝土坝材料性能演化规律、大坝隐患病害与施工质量的全方位智能化监控、水库大坝风险标准与实用化评估、溃坝概率计算和后果评价等方面的深入研究,以建立和完善混凝土坝长效服役保障与提升的理论和方法体系。

The number, height, and scale of existing concrete dams in China rank high in the world. Long-term service of dam engineering has a significant influence on dam safety as well as economic construction, social stability, and ecological safety. Based on an analysis of the current status of concrete dam construction and safety in China, the current status of long-term service of concrete dams and theories, methods, and techniques for the risk assessment of concrete dams are summarized from the aspects of concrete material performance evolution, concrete dam disease monitoring, construction quality control, and risk management and assessment. The law of concrete material performance evolution under the coupling effect of multiple factors, the intelligent monitoring of hidden dangers and diseases of concrete dams as well as dam construction quality, the standards and practical methods for dam risk assessment, and the probability calculation and consequence evaluation of dam breaks should be emphasized in future studies, so as to ensure dam safety during long-term service and improve the theories and methods of concrete dam risk assessment.
