以如何在高职院校构建校企合作育人机制为研究对象，从学校、校企合作模式及保障措施等方面分析了目前高职院校校企合作中存在的问题，提出了构建高职院校校企合作育人机制的有效策略。通过对校企合作导向机制，驱动机制、约束机制和合作机制的深入研究，使高职院校的校企合作顺利有效开展，从根本上促进高职院校办学质量的提高。

The paper studies on how to construct school-enterprise cooperation cultivation mechanism in higher vocational college.Firstly,it analyzes the existed problems in school-enterprise cooperation from the cooperation mode,supporting measures and some other aspects;then the paper proposes the effective strategy on the school-enterprise cooperation.Through the intensive study on the guidance mechanism,driving mecha-nism,restriction mechanism and cooperation mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,the paper aims at improving the school-enterprise cooperation and enhances the running-school quality of higher vocational colle-ges.
