选择合适的相似材料是开展模型试验研究的关键。为确定沙坪坝铁路枢纽工程深基坑模型试验中用来模拟砂岩和泥岩的相似材料,选取重晶石粉、石膏、甘油和水作为原材料,采用正交试验法进行配比研究。设计了3种不同的养护方式分析其对相似材料性能的影响,并采用极差分析法研究各种原材料对岩体相似材料力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:用重晶石粉、石膏、甘油和水来模拟砂岩和泥岩是可行的;重晶石粉和石膏对相似材料性能影响最大,甘油次之,水最小;3种不同养护方式下相似材料性能变化较小。通过试验最终得到综合性能较为接近的两组配比来模拟砂岩和泥岩。

Selecting the proper similar materials is the key to carry out model test research.To determine the similar materials simulating sandstone and mudstone of deep foundation pit model test in Shapingba railway project, the barite powder,plaster,glycerin and water were selected as raw materials and the orthogonal experimental method was adopted for the proportion research.Three different maintenance modes were designed and their effects on similar material performance were analyzed,and the impact of each raw material on mechanical properties of rock similar materials was studied by adopting range analysis method.The results indicated that it is feasible to use the barite powder,plaster, glycerin and water to simulate sandstone and mudstone, the barite powder and plaster have the greatest inf luence on the similar material performance,followed by glycerol,and water has the minimal impact,and similar material performance changes little in different maintenance modes.Two ratios which have similar compre-hensive performance were used to simulate sandstone and mudstone by tests.
