目的:探讨脑电图(EEG)检查在手足口病(HFMD)合并脑炎患儿的临床价值。方法采取回顾性分析法对2014年4月至2014年9月本院收治的87例确诊为HFMD合并脑炎患儿的临床及EEG相关资料进行分析,并进行HFMD合并脑炎患儿的脑炎严重程度与EEG异常程度的相关性分析。结果87例HFMD合并脑炎患儿的首次EEG异常为率100%,主要表现为在该年龄段正常脑波的基础上出现弥漫性慢波或局限的高波幅δθ波,或小部分散发性尖(棘)波或尖(棘)慢波。HFMD合并脑炎患儿的脑炎严重程度与EEG的异常程度密切相关。结论 EEG对小儿HFMD并发脑炎的早期诊断及严重程度判断具有一定的价值,动态监测EEG可辅助临床判断小儿HFMD合并发脑炎患儿的病情转归。
目的:探討腦電圖(EEG)檢查在手足口病(HFMD)閤併腦炎患兒的臨床價值。方法採取迴顧性分析法對2014年4月至2014年9月本院收治的87例確診為HFMD閤併腦炎患兒的臨床及EEG相關資料進行分析,併進行HFMD閤併腦炎患兒的腦炎嚴重程度與EEG異常程度的相關性分析。結果87例HFMD閤併腦炎患兒的首次EEG異常為率100%,主要錶現為在該年齡段正常腦波的基礎上齣現瀰漫性慢波或跼限的高波幅δθ波,或小部分散髮性尖(棘)波或尖(棘)慢波。HFMD閤併腦炎患兒的腦炎嚴重程度與EEG的異常程度密切相關。結論 EEG對小兒HFMD併髮腦炎的早期診斷及嚴重程度判斷具有一定的價值,動態鑑測EEG可輔助臨床判斷小兒HFMD閤併髮腦炎患兒的病情轉歸。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of electroencephalogram (EEG) in the patients with hand foot mouth disease (HFMD) with encephalitis.Methods A retrospective analysis, who were admitted to our hospital in April 2014 to September 2014 87 cases diagnosed HFMD merger encephalitis clinical and EEG data analysis and HFMD combined with encephalitis encephalitis severity and EEG abnormal degree of correlation analysis. Results 87 cases of HFMD combined with encephalitis first EEG abnormal rate of 100% is mainly appear diffuse slow wave or limitations of high amplitude delta theta wave in the age of normal EEG based, or a small part of the sporadic cusp (spine) or sharp waves (spines) slow wave. The severity of encephalitis in children with HFMD encephalitis was closely related to the abnormal degree of EEG.Conclusion EEG has certain value for early diagnosis and severe degree of HFMD encephalitis in children. Monitoring EEG can assist clinical diagnosis of the prognosis of children with HFMD combined with encephalitis.
