针对水润滑橡胶合金轴系摩擦振动问题,介绍了摩擦振动产生的基本机理,通过 ANSYS 软件对轴承系统进行约束模态分析和非线性静力学分析,结果表明:随着阶数的上升,固有频率增加且出现突变,振型变形量增加且由均匀分布变为4段式分布;在偏载力下,轴承橡胶的位移量主要集中在与轴的接触面上,且分布较均匀。
針對水潤滑橡膠閤金軸繫摩抆振動問題,介紹瞭摩抆振動產生的基本機理,通過 ANSYS 軟件對軸承繫統進行約束模態分析和非線性靜力學分析,結果錶明:隨著階數的上升,固有頻率增加且齣現突變,振型變形量增加且由均勻分佈變為4段式分佈;在偏載力下,軸承橡膠的位移量主要集中在與軸的接觸麵上,且分佈較均勻。

Aiming at frictional vibration problem about water lubricated rubber alloy shaft system,the basic mechanism of frictional vibration is introduced.The constraints modal analysis and nonlinear static analysis for bearing system are carried out by software ANSYS.The results show that with the order rises,the natural frequencies are increased and the mutation is appeared,the deformation of vibration mode is increased,the uniform distribution is changed to four -stage distribution.The displacement of bearing rubber mainly concentrates on contact face with shaft,and the distribution is more homogeneous under offset load forces.
