为避免钢球接触椭圆进入油沟引起应力集中，针对四点接触球转盘轴承的使用工况，通过理论计算得出油沟尺寸范围，并采用有限元进行验证，提出了一种四点接触球转盘轴承的油沟选择方法。该油沟选择方法考虑了转盘轴承受力后的极限接触位置及实际加工情况，可应用于各种球类转盘轴承。

In order to avoid stress concentration during steel ball contact ellipse entering oil groove,aiming at working conditions of four -point contact ball slewing bearings,the size range of oil groove is theoretically calculated,and the verification is carried out by finite element.A selecting method is presented for oil groove of four -point contact ball slewing bearings.The method considers maximum contact position after loading and actual manufacture condition of sle-wing bearings,which can be applied to all kinds of ball slewing bearings.
