目的：分析分娩时预防新生儿骨折的助产护理方法及实施意义。方法选取我院2012年3月～2014年8月收治的100例产妇为观察对象，随机分成对照组与实验组各50例，对照组采取常规护理，实验组在对照组的基础上采取助产护理，观察比较两组新生儿发生骨折的机率。结果两组新生儿骨折发生率的比较结果存在显著差异，P ＜0.05，统计学具有意义。结论对产妇采取助产护理，能够有效减少新生儿发生骨折的机率。

목적：분석분면시예방신생인골절적조산호리방법급실시의의。방법선취아원2012년3월～2014년8월수치적100례산부위관찰대상，수궤분성대조조여실험조각50례，대조조채취상규호리，실험조재대조조적기출상채취조산호리，관찰비교량조신생인발생골절적궤솔。결과량조신생인골절발생솔적비교결과존재현저차이，P ＜0.05，통계학구유의의。결론대산부채취조산호리，능구유효감소신생인발생골절적궤솔。
Objective To analyse the fracture prevention of neonatal midwifery care method of childbirth and implementation significance. Methods In March 2012 to August 2014, 100 cases of maternal were selected as observation object in our hospital, each 50 cases randomly divided into control group and experimental group, control group adopted routine nursing, the experimental group in the control group on the basis of midwifery care, observation is the probability of two groups of fracture in the newborn. Results Two groups of neonatal fracture incidence significant differences of the comparison results, P<0.05. Conclusion On maternal obstetric nursing, can effectively reduce neonatal fracture probability, and is worth promoting.
