目的：探讨延伸护理对风湿科相关患者提高注射生物制剂依从性的影响。方法对20例使用注射生物制剂的风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎等患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组住院期间实施常规护理和健康教育，观察组在此基础上出院后进行延伸护理干预，比较两组患者在6个月后对注射生物制剂遵医行为的依从性。结果观察组持续使用注射生物制剂的依从性高于对照组。结论延伸护理可以提高相关患者对使用注射生物制剂的依从性。

목적：탐토연신호리대풍습과상관환자제고주사생물제제의종성적영향。방법대20례사용주사생물제제적풍습성관절염、강직성척주염등환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조，대조조주원기간실시상규호리화건강교육，관찰조재차기출상출원후진행연신호리간예，비교량조환자재6개월후대주사생물제제준의행위적의종성。결과관찰조지속사용주사생물제제적의종성고우대조조。결론연신호리가이제고상관환자대사용주사생물제제적의종성。
Objective To study the extended care improve injection in patients with rheumatology related effects of biological agents compliance. Methods 20 cases of using injection of biological agents in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc, in accordance with the wishes of divided into control group and observation group, control group was in the hospital during routine nursing and health education, group on the basis of the extended nursing intervention after discharge, compared two groups of patients in 6 months after injection of biological agents according to the medical compliance behavior. Results The observation group continue to use biological agents injection adherence is higher than the control group. Conclusion Extended nursing can improve the related to the use of biological agents injection in patients with compliance.
