目的分析影响参附注射液治疗老年感染性休克效果的主要因素，为进一步提高参附注射液的临床应用提供参考依据。方法收集2011年1月~2014年1我院ICU收治147例老年感染性休克患者，以治疗过程中全程加用参附注射液的患者为病例组，未加用者为对照组。采集患者临床资料，应用Logistic回归分析影响参附注射液治疗老年感染性休克效果的主要因素。结果病例组7 d内好转38例，迁延17例、死亡15例，对照组好转18例，迁延19例、死亡30例，两组比较差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。 Logistic回归分析结果显示观察组治疗效果优于对照组(=2.557)；患者APACHEI 评分、SIRS评分对疗效影响显著(=3.382；4.024)。结论参附注射液对老年感染性休克有较好的治疗效果，APACHEI 评分和SIRS评分是治疗效果的主要影响因素。

Objective To investigate the factors that af ect therapeutic ef ects of Shenfu injection on Septic Shock by multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Methods 147 patients with septic shock (from 2011.1to 2014.1)were retrospectively analyzed. The case group was defined as the administration Shenfu injection on the basis of integrated western medicine treatment and without as control group. Clinical data were reviewed and the potential influencing factors were analyzed by Logistic regression. Results 38 cases were improved,17 cases progressed and 15 cases died in observation group while 18 cases were improved,19 cases progressed and 30 cases died in the control group after 7d ( <0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that therapeutic ef ects in observation group was superior to the control group (OR=2.557). and both PACHEI scores and SIRS scores wil influence the therapeutic ef ects (OR=3.382;4.024).Conclusion Shenfu injection has a bet er ef ect on Septic with Shock and can improve the prognosis of elderly patients with septic shock. PACHEI scores and SIRS scores are factors influencing the therapeutic ef ects.
