目的:分析布地奈德、硫酸沙丁胺醇及异丙托溴氨应用于婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎的治疗效果,为临床诊疗提供参考依据。方法选取2009年1月至2014年1月我院收治的315例婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎患者,随机分为观察组157例,对照组158例。对照组采用布地奈德雾化治疗,观察组采用布地奈德、硫酸沙丁氨醇及异丙托溴氨三联雾化治疗。分析其临床各项指标及疗效。结果两组患者各项指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率91.14%明显高于对照组的67.52%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎应用布地奈德、硫酸沙丁氨醇及异丙托溴氨三联雾化治疗,临床效果较佳,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of budesonide, salbutamol sulfate and ipratropium bromide ammonia in application of Asthmatic bronchitis in infants, to provide evidence to clinical diagnosis.Methods 315 cases of asthmatic bronchitis in infants from January 2009 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group (n=157) and the control group (n=158), the control group was treated with nebulized budesonide, the observation group was treated with budesonide, salbutamol sulfate and ipratropium bromide ammonia triple atomization, the clinical indicators and efficacy were analyzed. Results The indicators of two groups had significant difference (P>0.05), the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.14%, significantly higher than the control group 67.52%, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide, salbutamol sulfate and ipratropium bromide ammonia are deployed line adjuvant inhalation triple atomization in treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in infants has a better clinical effect, has value of clinical application.
