目的：对人性化护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中使用无创呼吸机治疗的效果进行观察。方法选取患有慢性阻塞性肺疾病的患者40例，并且保证这些患者都是使用无创呼吸机进行治疗的，将他们平均分为两组，观察组人性化护理，对照组用传统护理方法，然后将护理效果进行对比。结果使用人性化护理的患者，在慢性阻塞性肺疾病的治愈率上普遍高于使用传统护理的患者，并且二者之间具有明显的差异（P<0.05）。结论人性化护理方式在对使用无创呼吸机进行治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中具有较高的效率，值得临床推广使用。
목적：대인성화호리재만성조새성폐질병중사용무창호흡궤치료적효과진행관찰。방법선취환유만성조새성폐질병적환자40례，병차보증저사환자도시사용무창호흡궤진행치료적，장타문평균분위량조，관찰조인성화호리，대조조용전통호리방법，연후장호리효과진행대비。결과사용인성화호리적환자，재만성조새성폐질병적치유솔상보편고우사용전통호리적환자，병차이자지간구유명현적차이（P<0.05）。결론인성화호리방식재대사용무창호흡궤진행치료적만성조새성폐질병환자중구유교고적효솔，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To observe the effect of the use of noninvasive ventilator in the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 40 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients, and to ensure that these patients are using noninvasive ventilator treatment, were divided into two groups, the observation group use human care, the control group using the traditional nursing method, then nursing effects were compared.Results The cure rate of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients treated with humanized nursing was generally higher than those of patients with traditional nursing, and there were significant differences between them (P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized nursing method has the high efficiency in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with the noninvasive ventilator, and is worthy of clinical application.
